This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located in One Seagrove Place directly on County Hwy 30A, in the heart of Seagrove Beach. The views of white sandy beaches and emerald green waters will relax and recharge your soul. Beach access is right outside your back door. Two parking spaces (second spot when available) are provided on-site for both cars and bikes. Restaurants and shopping are steps away. Your views of the Gulf are unencumbered with wall-to-wall sliding glass doors in the living area and primary bedroom. You can greet the morning on your balcony and enjoy our spectacular sunsets every evening.

SPACE:
This unit is an end unit, located on the 14th floor, allowing you the peace and quiet that so few enjoy. When you enter the unit you will meet with a well-appointed full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances and stone countertops opening into the living area. The living area contains a dining set, a sleeper sofa, three side chairs, and TV's throughout. WiFi is free.
