Preparation

Protection

Protecting your asset is paramount. To proactively limit problems, all guests must sign rental agreements, pay damage waivers or security deposits, and follow special age limitations. We secure valuable rental income before arrival by collecting 50% at the time of booking and primarily accepting card payments. After guest departures, property inspectors thoroughly inspect the property again, looking for missing items, damages, and maintenance needs.
