Step into a dream villa vacation that is quietly tucked away in a direct access beach-front community south of 30A at Sunset Beach! “Paradise Villa” offers quiet, breathtaking views, with direct access to the beach and a heated pool that are all within view of your balcony. Merely steps from the attraction-packed communities of Rosemary, Alys, and Seacrest Beach, you can fully immerse yourself in local restaurants, quaint shops, farmers markets, and on-going community events. Many windows fill the space of this third-floor, open-concept condo with natural light to create the perfect atmosphere for sitting by the fire on cool winter evenings or watching the long sunset kiss the horizon. You will have comfortable seating and plenty of space to share those moments with your loved ones. Recently remodeled, “Paradise Villa” offers a full kitchen, private balcony with seating for 11, and three bedrooms sleeping eight with two private attached bathrooms, all conveniently accessible by elevator. In order to find a better view of the beach, you would need to pitch a tent next to the shoreline!
THE LAYOUT
After you exit the elevator on the third floor, you only have a few short steps into your private villa. As the door closes you are greeted with a beautiful entry table containing all your passes and wristbands. Directly next to the entrance is the first bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, two large closets, plenty of natural light for those Florida sunrises, and a private attached full bathroom.
As you make your way down the natural stone tiled hallway, you will come upon your next bedroom on the right-hand side. This bedroom has two well-situated full-sized beds, a double-door closet, large tv, and is directly across from a shared, full-size bathroom. This space has plenty of room for sharing and storing your personal belongings. Being “cramped” does not exist in this villa! Just a few steps down the hall, shiplap walls wrap around beautiful built-in twin-over-twin bunks beds sleeping two more guests. Just before you reach the kitchen, a laundry room with full size appliances sits conveniently across the hall from the master bedroom. Don’t forget detergent!
At the end of the hallway, adjacent to the kitchen, the beautifully-decorated, spacious master suite offers a king size bed, a large private bathroom, and a cozy chair situated next to a wall of windows perfect for your morning reading and coffee. Before you step into the bathroom, you’ll pass the separate sink and vanity, with plenty of countertop and a large walk-in closet. The bathroom, which is unbelievably roomy, offers a spacious stand-up shower, a separate large jacuzzi tub, a water closet, and an additional sink and vanity. There is a chance this will become your favorite room. Each bedroom’s thoughtful decorations and furnishings may entice you to never leave them, until you experience the rest of the space.
After some much needed rest and relaxation in the bedrooms, gather your family and friends in the open kitchen, dining, and living room as bright, natural light reflects off the beach and consumes the room. Imagine the memories you will make in this area: laughing while cooking a meal together on updated cooking appliances and kitchenware, playing your favorite board games at the large dining room table with comfortable seating for ten, or snuggling up on the soft couch while watching a movie. You will not have a hard time relaxing and feeling right in paradise!
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including fridge, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, and a coffee pot. There are plenty of beautiful black granite countertops, including an island that doubles as an eating space for your morning pancakes with the kids. The dining area consists of a beautiful hardwood table which can seat ten, underneath a luxurious chandelier, all while overlooking the majestic white-sandy beaches. Directly across from the dining room table, the living space contains two reclining chairs and a divinely comfortable sectional couch. This space is accented with a gorgeous piece of wall art and a large TV above an operating gas fireplace.
Just outside the double glass doors from the living room, the spacious back balcony overlooks the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico with comfortable seating for 11. Whether you are sitting outside taking in the final hours of sunlight or having an early morning coffee, you will have plenty of inclination to utilize this area. As you soak in the sun and natural beauty of 30a beaches you will see your private beach access, just a few steps beyond the pool. One of the many great features of this space is the access to the beach. Not only are you steps away, but you have outdoor showers to clean off all the sand to keep your space clean and cozy.

Fantastic location!

Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful stay. The view of the Gulf was perfection. We had coffee on the balcony every morning and read our books out there. The condo was very clean, had all the kitchen supplies to cook meals, all beds were comfortable and evenings around the condo area were quiet. We were thankful for the beach chairs and umbrellas. Access to the beach was super easy and we got a spot close to the water everyday. The pool was heated so our family was able to enjoy the pool as well. Seaside Paradise: Unrivaled Ocean Views, Convenient Amenities, and Stellar Management by Bespoke
We loved our stay here. The ocean view can't be beat plus the easy quick access to pool and beach were why we picked this spot! We enjoyed time on the patio and inside the spacious unit. It is walking distance to Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants as well as Alys Beach. This is the 2nd property we've stayed at managed by Kemp and they are great. Enchanting Escape: Ideal Location, Cozy Comfort, and Beachside Bliss
We absolutely loved our stay at Kemp’s place! It was the perfect location between Alys and Rosemary Beach. You can easily walk to many of the main attractions of the area! The space was beautiful and well stocked with blankets, amenities, and all the necessities you need! The living space and beds were all so comfortable and beautifully decorated. Beach access was extremely convenient, but definitely crowded! Perfect Getaway: Stunning Views, Convenient Location, and Comfortable Villa for Groups or Families

Excellent stay
This condo was an excellent stay for fall break. The condo is well furnished and spacious. You have a clear view of the gulf and the pool. The pool was never busy. Would definitely stay here again. One of our favorites!
We’ve stayed at multiple properties in the Seacrest/Rosemary Beach area and this is hands-down, one of our favorites. The location is absolutely prime with easy access to the beach and beautiful view. We love being nestled right between Rosemary and Alys.
