How we share visitor and guest information

We share information with contractors we hire to perform our services, third-parties, and homeowners of the properties we manage.

Contractors: We share information with contractors we employ to perform our services. For example, we may disclose your name, arrival and departure date to a cleaner who is a contractor, so they know when to clean the property. We may hire contractors to respond to guest inquiries, service requests, phone calls and emails, to input and manage data in our property management software, or perform administrative activities.

If you leave unsecured objects with personal information in your home including but not limited to photographs of you or your friends or your family, or artwork, decorations, or any other object depicting your name the names of your family, or any other personal information you disclose this information by your own free will and at your own risk.
