To proactively mitigate potential issues, all guests are required to sign rental agreements, provide damage waivers or security deposits, and adhere to specific age restrictions. We take measures to secure valuable rental income in advance by collecting a 50% deposit of the total dollar amount of that stay at the time of booking, primarily accepting payments via credit card. Following guest departures, our property inspectors conduct a comprehensive reevaluation of the property, diligently searching for any missing items, damages, or maintenance requirements.
